Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Hello Sir, I need your help in registering the Sec.25 company and my questions are: 1.I want detailed procedure of the registering a Sec.25 company; 2.whether we need to publish the general notice in newspaper for Sec.25 or not? 3.After Form1A, Form24A is to be filled but is there any need of physical verification of the documents? Hi i am investing in mutual fund through debit card every day. so my annual purchase/sale cross 1.5 crore last year. get 2 lakh as reward some are cash back and some are kind. please let me know will it be taxable under gift tax? tax audit required? is this my business income or STCG? please answer with act and rule so that i can further google.
