13 October 2009 a company based in abu dhabi has a branch in india. there is a purchase made on account of stationery and other office items from abu dhabi for use in india and accounted in india, will this expenses be honoured or will it be dishonoured for tax purpose. (as there is no vat or any tax paid in india)

13 October 2009 If you have to reimburse for this to your Head office it's deductible.Reimbursement may be through passing book entries.
