how to lock the exel sheet with password. or how to unlock password of exel sheet. pls tell me its urgent.

Select the Sheet. Right Click > Protect Sheet > Give Password.
When you want to unprotect again right click on the sheet > Unprotect Sheet > Enter Password to unprotect.

The criteria mentioned above would open the sheet but with read only mode.For any editing you need to enter the password.
But if you want that even sheet can not be open then click on the office button of left side corner then click prepare encrypted document and then set your password.
