Pls Advice

Our company a manufacture of electronics goods. our company reg.in Excise

our company both Activities Manufacturing & Trading and issue both Excise invoice

For e.g Manufacturing Unit Turnover Rs.200 Lac and Trading Turnover Rs. 300 Lac

our Company File Excise Return Monthly or Quarterly and payment ???

05 December 2013 If you are availing the SSI exemption then you can file quarterly return for the manufacturing activity and payment will be quarterly other wise monthly return. Registered dealer can file quarterly return. Manufacturing and trading activity can not be possible if products are same. You can not take the cenvat credit in input services used in the trading activity.
