19 July 2013 Thanks a lot..

but i have another few question for Excise..
1) We are planning to pass on excise to our customer with hiding supplier information..do we need to mention suppliers details in invoice also while passing on the excise duty..we don't want to provide our supplier details and
2) how we should calculate Excise on Set top box..means is the product comes under abatement or we need to calculate on MRP..Currently we are taking 35% abatement on MRP..

23 July 2013 supplier information can not be hide. If products is consumer goods then no need to pass the duty and registration not required.
