Sir, I am CA Final Student . i want you to pleae solve my doubt about excise act. I want to know that Is Cenvat Credit available on alcohol sold to potables or not. potables here means that Alcohol Manufacturer is not selling product to Market but it is selling to other sellers. Please help me in this regards. Thank you.

I think that Alcoholic liquor is not covered under the central excise act, rather it is treated under the state excise act. and state excise act is not in the course of CA final....

Alcoholic liquor is out of Central Excise Act, since it is not covered in Central Excise, question for CENVAT on the same doesn't arise. Moreover, as per your question is seems that the potable is working as trader not as manufacturer. Therefore cenvat can't be taken by him on the input.
