i m working in company ,in my company 08-09 c form not recive(90 lac) & depatment send the ex party notice .what is soulution in c form case &how to attend the case

Explain the possession/your stand why not you are depositing the C forms yet. And ask for some time to collect them, otherwise pay the difference of CST and Local Tax.
