2) On daily basis worker comes under ESIC and PF act or not?
3) what is minimum wages to apply ESIC and PF?
4) IF any person work only one month then we shall deposit ESIC and PF or not?
5) if any one employee don't want to deduction on his/her salary. then what next, or it is mandatory for all or not.
6) it will apply on contractor also or not, if not then how we will satisfy government officer of ESIC and PF. and if it will apply then there name would be mentioned in same register with other employee name. or any other register would be maintain.

The answers could be: 1)Applicable from the date of joining.
2)Does your daily based worker work along with those on company's payroll? Further, specify the whether they are on ST or LT.
3)15k & 6500 resp.
4) Do you know that they'll be on service only for a month at the time of appointment? My ans would be based on this info.
5) Option exists with the employee but you as employer should check the applicable limits. Otherwise it would nip a bung.
6) Work is mostly assigned to contractors with registrations. In such cases, maintaining required details would only hit their head. You could easily do a jericho before the deptt.
