my client is providing a erection,commissioning and installation service (he provide in his bill only commission not including goods value)so can he claim 67% exemption limit on service tax.

I understand commission as commissioning charges. If there is no material value involved in the service charges, then the abatement principle will not work, in such case u have to pay service tax on whole commissioning charges
