My Eliglibility Certificate for Both Groups were found missing. I had passed the CA PE II Group one examination. Now I reauired to continue my course in IPCC Examination. Can i Write the remaining papers without possesing the elegibility Certificate.

Eligibility certificate is not required for attempting exams from 2009 onwards. Notification regarding that was issued. So dont worry abt it.
