Effect on sec 43b after extension of due date

Since the due date of filling ITR for A.Y. 2014-15 has extended to 30th november whether the due date as explained in Sec43B has also been extended?

Yes....since for the purpose of section 234A only, the extension has not been made effective....for all other purposes, the date has been extended.
