Earinings outside india for resident but not ordinarily.

16 December 2010 During the first 3 months of the PY i have been in india and earned RS.150000/- and for the next 1 year i have moved out of the country and i have earned Rs.450000/- as earnings outside india and my residential status is resident but not ordinarily resident in india as i am out of india for more than 182 days, do i need to show foriegn earnings in my income tax return or show only the indian income.

16 December 2010 Foreign income in your case is not taxable in India.

plz disclose the matter correctly as far as i got from the you queries is that
suppose for the P.Y 2009-10 you was in india for April May and June and from than you moved foreign country for another one year .
For Assessment year 10-11 your indian income as well foreign income will be taxable in india and as you returned india in July 2010 so again for the assessment year 2010-11 it will be taxable in india
(if you are not a person who came india in the year of 2009 )
