13 February 2014 Please confirm if seller in inter state and dealer and purchaser within the state. we can issue form-C within the state to dealer. Suppose A in Punjab sends goods in uttarakhand and raises invoice on B in Uttrakhand, and delivery of goods C in same state Uttarakand.
