what is duration to become CA after b.comm ??

If you completed it at the minimum period/time specified by the ICAI then 4 years after completion of B.Com with minimum of 55% or more marks.

well it is not four years because you can start articleship straightaway after completing graduation which would mean you can do it in 3 years.
