As of my last update, the due dates for VAT deposits and e-filing of VAT returns in Delhi for each quarter are generally as follows:
1. **First Quarter (April to June)**: - VAT Deposit Due Date: 21st of July - VAT Return E-filing Due Date: 28th of July
2. **Second Quarter (July to September)**: - VAT Deposit Due Date: 21st of October - VAT Return E-filing Due Date: 28th of October
3. **Third Quarter (October to December)**: - VAT Deposit Due Date: 21st of January - VAT Return E-filing Due Date: 28th of January
4. **Fourth Quarter (January to March)**: - VAT Deposit Due Date: 21st of April - VAT Return E-filing Due Date: 28th of April
