if indian resident carries on a business in india as proprietor of an enterprise and also carries on a business in singapore as prop./partner/director in a firm or company. whether the income earned in singapore will be taxable along with the income of the enterprise in india???

DTAA means the income earned by the person will be charged to tax once only if it is charged in Singapore and if the rate is lower than Indian rate than the income will be charged in india only with the excess rate.

yes the income should be taxable in india if the person is resident in India .Kindly check the residential status of the person in the concerned financial year.

Yes, income earned in Singapore also taxable in India(Presume he/she is a resident in India). But he/she can take the benefit of section 90 of income tax act (Bilateral relief)
