13 January 2015 my manufacturing unit just cross exemption limit of excise (1.50 Crore). can u tell me may i have to pay the duty on excess amount of the limit and what is the way to pay the duty. what documents/register(even gate pass) required for maintain excise records for home use only.

21 January 2015 You should paid the duty after 1.5cr turnover otherwise at the time of audit you will pay the duty along with with interest.
