In Case X ltd holds 100 % shares of Y ltd and yltd distributes interim dividend . Is this is taxable in hands of X Ltd?

Why X will pay the Dividend FDistribution Tax. Y ltd hasdistributed dividend ,so it is liability of Y to pay DDT .Can u tell me the section for reference?
