Disqualification u/s 274(1)(g)

16 February 2013 Whether the defaulting director can be reappointed in the defaulting company after the completion of his tenure?

please provide me ans as soon as possible

18 February 2013 NO, The defaulting director won't be reappointed in any other public company for next 5 years.
In case it happens, it's the duty of statutory auditor to inform that a disqualified director has been reappointed.
The company and every officer of the company who is in default will be liable for the fine of Rs. 5000 and further fine of Rs.500 if such default continues.

So,The disqualifying director also can't be reappointed even in Disqualifying company.
