Application of Digital Signatures involve 2 steps:
First step involves printing and filling up the following "Request Form for DSC" with pen and sending to us with attachments duly attested/notarized as mentioned in the checklist. Various categories of forms are given below. Click, download and print the appropriate form which suits your requirement.
Second step involves making Online Enrollment, by registering on our website, then printing the "Certificate Enrollment For for Request Number" page, attaching with the above form and sending to us. Click Apply for DSC for making the enrollment.
