Delay in updation of dsa

27 September 2014 I have come across instances where there is difference between actual production date and date on which production details are entered into DSA. For E.g materials are manufactured on 26 September 2014 while the same is entered into ERP and DSA on 27 or any subsequent date.

Are they liable to any penalty or Fine?

Rule 27 states minimum penalty of 2000/- as there is a procedural lapse.
