Delay in payment on TDS-TDS Rate?

I have deducted TDS from Vendor on 31st March 2010.
The same is deposited on 7th August 2010.
Plz. tell me how to calculate Interest.
Will it be : -
@1% p.m. or
@1.5%p.m. or
@1% p.m. upto 30th June 2010 and @1.5% from 1st July 2010 till 7th August 2010
