Dear Sir,
I am Income Tax assessee. I am 20 years old. Now I am doing my post graduation. During the Financial year 2014-15. I have earned bank innterest around 3.5 lakhs. I paid Rs.30,000/- towards my College tution fee. Please tell me whether tution fee paid by myself out of my income can be claimed as deduction U/s.80C(2)(XVII) read with Section 80C(4)(c).

You will not be able to claim deduction u/s 80C as it is available only in respect of children of the assessee.
