Hi, ICAI is not a college nor university nor educational institution.Hence 80-C will not be applicable to ICAI fee paid to son. At any case fees paid to the assessee himself cannot be subject to 80-C deduction

And tell me one more thing that, if CA is an institution and fees is paid for the full time education, as fees can not be refunded nor withdraw till the completion of the term or session. Below Conditions are fullfilled:
1- Fess Paid for the childrens 2- For Education 3- To Approved Institution 4- For Full Time Education 5- Fees of Rs 8000 Paid to the institute for registring in PCC, include Rs. 4000 tution fee Please Solve my Problem

It is mentioned in the CA prospectus, RS 4000 as tution fees out of Rs 8000 as Registration Fees. And CA is education Institute according to section 80-C, AS it is mentioned any college, school, universty, or any other education institute providing full time education.
