what will be the consequences if we have sold goods against C Form and subsequently we have not received the c form?

If you Sold againt C Form then your Client have to Pay Lower Tax bcs he has to give to C Form.. if he is not giving you C form then you have to Pay the Tax which is Reduced by C form..

If the supply is made under a contract, where the buyer agreed to issueance the C from against the supply, first you have to pay the diffrential sale tax amount and you are eligible for recover the same from buyer.
