As per the icsi guidelines whether the students clearing both groups of cs executive in their second attempt by securing highest marks, are they eligible for a rank

Those who get highest marks in both groups will secure ranking. No matter either it is your first or second attempt.

Even if student is appearing for his/her 10 attempt for CS Executive than also he/she will be elegible for Rank if he/she cleared all the group with highest marks
