Sir, I have cleared CS executive module 2 in my first attempt. I have cleared 3 subjects in module 1 - company law-48, cma-57, ecl-28, tlp- 45. Can I claim any exemptions. If I fail in any of the three subjects which I have cleared in first attempt, will I pass or fail???? Pls help...I am worried. Tks in advance

You will be entitled to exemption, if you secure 60 or more marks in any one or more paper and with a minimum of 25 marks in any of the paper. Since, you have not secured 60 marks you are not eligible for Exemption.
