27 February 2010 MY COUSIN HAS A PROBLEM ,,,,,,HE WANTS TO KNOW AFTER MBA........WHAT COURSE SHOULD HE PURSUE......I SUGGEST HIM CFA FROM USA..?

WHAT U THINK........?

27 February 2010 PLEASE DISCUSS

27 February 2010 He should do CS. The reason is in MBA he should have covered subjects on accounts and finance. If he does cs then he can aim for CFO Post in reputed companies.

27 February 2010 As per my suggestion he should join CA as early as possible.

MBA finance with CA is a gr8 combination.

All the Best

27 February 2010 I agree with the Suggestion of Ankur Sir.
MBA Fin and CA is a great qualification.

27 February 2010 WHAT IS CFO POST......?

27 February 2010 HE SAYS.....THAT CA IS A BIT DIFFICULT TO CLEAR.....

WHATS ABOUT CFA........?

27 February 2010 i think CFA(US) is good option.

27 February 2010 THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS

27 February 2010 MY gesture has not been conveyed as I have exceeded the limit of number of thanks allowed in a day.

27 February 2010 Instead of CFA or MBA, better to go either CS,CA or CWA as professional course.

27 February 2010 it is true that CFA(US) have good worth in financial areas.

27 February 2010 WHATS ABOUT CMA........

01 March 2010 Hi Rahul,

Ur friend has lot of options to choose, but it is better to according to his interest and choosen area... he has done his MBA so he would be having fair idea in which area he want to pursue his career.

If his specialization in MBA is Finance..Prof.qualification in CA or CWA would be added advantage. CS depending on his aptitude for the course and role.

There are international qualifications like CPA-(USA CA), CIMA-(UK-CWA), CMA(USA-CWA), CFA(USA) and there are other courses depending on the interest to pursue but first its better to decide in which area he/she wants to go.Each of the above courses have their own path/Niche area of exptertise to become professionals.

Thanks,
Suresh.

02 March 2010 first he has to choose a course as per his interest rather than going for a course which has more demand.
although all above mention courses has it own advantage.
second whatever course he do, do it with a job, coz experience is bigger weightage .

01 April 2010 QUERY RESOLVED......I GOT ANSWER IN MY PM

01 April 2010 welcome dear Rahul
