In lay man's terms a Company Secretary is a professional whose role in a corporate set up is that of an advisor for legal matters. The job of a company secretary also includes ensuring that the company law procedures are strictly followed and adhered to under all circumstances. Company Secretary guides the Board and the Chairman to make the best use of their responsibilities under various law matters. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is constituted under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, to develop and regulate the profession of Company Secretaries in India. Career after cs course is good.

According to me if you are doing CA then CS is batter option.
if you are not doing CA then CWA is batter option. becouse cwa can do accounts and finance work so more opportunities will their for ICWA. this is my personal views.
