Sir i am doing my M.com, in my college prof's are telling that it would be good if you do llb with cs. Whether CS is not good alone? Companies expect LLB with CS? Is that correct? After completion of executive programme is there opportunities to continue work without further studying?

LLB with CS will be very good. But CS alone will also give you good career option. I dont think you will get opportunities after completing only CS executive. Also do not study any course if you do not wish to complete it. Once you enroll for nay course make it your aim to complete the course.
