If you are eligible for exemption from IT training then also you will be required to give an online exam conducted by sify ,that is required to be done before exam.Though in some cases they allow student to appear in CS exam before appearing in IT training exam.Contact your regional office right now.AS I guess 31st August is last date of applying for CS exam

agree with the expert.. u can give ur executive attempt without completing computer training also..but its advisable to complete the same if u have time...
