if registration is taken in dec'09 but the input services received in april '09 is it possible to tak credit of them if output service is taxable
please provide a case law i will be very thank ful pratibha

Prima face you can take the credit. However, it requires more clarity whether you availed the exemption limit of Rs 10 lakhs, when onwards you’re providing taxable services, etc.
