MY QUERY IS THAT CAN A MANUFACTURER PAYING EXCISE DUTY, CAN AVAIL THE CREDIT OF SERVICE TAX PAID AGAINST THE INVOICE OF CARRIAGE & ALSO AGAINST COMMISSION. PLS STATE CLEARLY

You can take credit of service tax paid on inward transportation and outward transportation upto the place of removal.
