I am getting following errar while submitting requesr u/s 143 chand in address

Your CPC Comm. Ref. No. for order u/s 154 will be in the following format
CPC/Last two digits of assessment year/[ T ] ITR number[1 to 6,8,44 in case ITR-4S]/numeric digits

19 August 2012 Your query is not clear. The error only states that the format you are using is not correct. Use the said format and that should your problem related to change of address.
