One of the our client is purchsed a plot on 12.10.2010 with the cost of Rs. 125000.00 , Registration fee Rs 1750.00 & other fees 175.00 , This is the cost which is include in the cost of Purchased.
Sir, We would like to ask ? 1. The client has made Agreeement of Purchase on the Stamp Paper of Rs.5000.00 , we ask that cost of Stam paper is added on the Cost of purchase OR Not ? 2. Give brief explanation regarding which type cost are included in the cost of purchase as per Capital Gain Valuation method of income tax ?
