Conversion of Company into LLP

If a company availing benefits of 80IC and other taxation benefits converts itself into LLP then whether the tax benefits like 80IC etc. can be availed by the LLP or not.

the word is written in section 80IC is assessee which also includes llp. so deduction should be available to llp subject to other sections.
