I charge neither vat nor service tax. I charge fixed amount per copy which includes paper cost as well as cost I bear for operator on monthly salary and my profit.

You have to keep record of the paper and toner used for the services. You can charge the service tax after deducting the cost of toner and paper used by you to provide the service.
Alternatively, you bill toner and paper separately ad charge service tax on the balance amount.
Please check, on this transaction, VAT is also payable.

Thanks for your valuable guidance. But sir can you please tell me in case I don't charge any tax neither vat nor service tax then does it make any difference to the company on which I raise my invoice. Can he raise any objection?

so far service tax is concerned, they should not take any objection as they do not run in to any risk. Regarding VAT they may be right in taking objection as it may be, as per the law of the State, treated as URD purchase on which they are liable to pay the VAT
