I am going to open a pvt. ltd (software developing) company from next F.Y, which employee volumes is about 50 to 60. 1. Can I recruit most of the employees at contractual basis?
2. If possible at contract basis, should I recruit them by issuing Appointment letter or by signing stamp paper?
3. As contract employee, there will be no deduction for PF ESI, only TDS to be deducted as per income tax rules, is this possible?
