Whether service tax is leviable or not under the following transactions -
(Engagement of earthmoving machineries (Party - Creditor) to client (Party - Debtor) on commission/brokarage basis)

All commission or brokerage received are under the tax bracket of service tax although the question of brokerage or commission has not been specified in the Service Tax Act.
So, charge from the customer if your turnover is above 10 L and pay it to the government
