06 August 2014 As i get today from my friend that the letters the limited i.e. 26 only...now law maker already know that how many clause he has to make under any section
if the no. of clause less than 26 under any section at law make use a letter e.g. under IT Act 40(a) under Cst Act 3(a)...
but if the no of sec may more than 26 then he use numeric e.g under IT Act 2(14), 10(1)...etc..
am i right?

06 August 2014 what is the use of analysing this as in dtc they are going to make use of only sub section only no clauses and all.

06 August 2014 till now we follow this act hence we should know all the logics behind every minor thing...

06 August 2014 it is better to know the concepts rather then the subject under consideration

06 August 2014 i dont think your friend's logic is correct, i have seen many of sections, where sub sections are not more than even 5, still they used numeric like in VAT Act Sec 1, this has only 3 sub sections.
