Hey ! I want to ask that in case of equality of Income of parents how to club minor's income. As there is first year of clubbing both the parent have same income during preceding previous years & minor don't have any income form professional skills etc & does not have any disability as defined U/s 80U.

Dear Since both the parents have equal income,then it's up to you in whose hands you want to club the income. Now you can club the income either in hands of father or mother.
