One of my client availed housing loan from citi financial in the name of his wife. Repayment of housing loan was paid by him. Now he wanted claim of Housing Loan Interest & Principle in his income tax return. Ownership of property is in the name of his wife.please guide

he cannot. Only spouse of that person can claim.
