Claim for export

18 November 2012 Dear sir,
we got export order to Dubai.WE are a trading company in Karala.we are planning to purchase good from Mumbai and sent form their it self , in order to reduce transportation cost. We have following doubt .
1. Can we get any export incentive from government for the export sale.
2. If yes ,what are the document requires for getting the benefit and authority for submitting this document .

YOU CAN CLAIM DRAWBACK ALL INDUSTRY RATE ( AIR)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ARE GIVEN BELOW, BETTER YOU APPOINT A DRAWBACK CONSULTANT FOR DOING THIS JOB FOR YOU..


DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ARE GIVEN BELOW–



(i) Pre-receipt for Drawback claim in the form prescribed by the Commissioner of Customs

(ii) Triplicate copy of the Shipping Bill

(iii) Copy of the Bank certified Invoice;

(iv) Copy of the packing list;

(v) Copy of Bill of Lading/Airway Bill;

(vi) Copy of AR-4 form, whenever applicable

(vii) Insurance certificate where necessary

(viii) Copy of test report where the goods have been subjected to test.

(ix) Copy of communication regarding rate of drawback where the drawback claims for a rate determined by the Central Government under Rule 6 or Rule 7 of the Drawback Rules.

(x) Declaration to be filed by the exporter under drawback rules

(xi) The proper officer may specify any other documents as required .
