02 September 2011 dear experts, what is the procedure to change of name or addition in name in ca institute records.

02 September 2011 File an affidavit before a public notary for name change. Publish the same in two news paper . File a n application with ICAI for change in name along with the original copy of the news paper. ICAI will issue a certificate in letter form for change in name and from that date your name will get changed in the records of ICAI, however no new certificates will be issued.
