In case of change in company name of a Private limited company, what compliances needs to be done as far as Income tax , PAN, TAN, etc is concerned ?

PAN Need to be changed. No remains the same bt card wl change. U can do the process thru www.incometaxindia.com. After generating the acknowledgement u have to send the same to mumbai
