Dear Experts, Our Customer misplaced the Transporter copy of Excise Invoice. To avail the CENVAT credit they are asking another copy of same. We have explained it is not possible and to use the Original to avail the Credit. But, how it can be established with the rule that the Credit can be availed with the original Invoice in case of non-availability of duplicate. please advice. G. Sreenivasan
