03 January 2011 let us suppose a manufactror receives a bill from the supllyer for rs 2,20,000 bills contain Rs.2,00,000 for goods and Rs.20,000 duty. the manufactror take all credit. finaly he settel this bill for Rs.208000. My question is what is the implication of final settelment on CENVAT credit.
