Rashmi, could you please reference the legal provision for this? I was under the impression that invoicing is compulsory for each and every sale made irrespective of invoice value.
With reference to the question by the querist, bearing in mind practical aspect, if he ise out of GST (non inter state sale and below 20 lakhs) he can afford to be less stringent about your billing systems.
