My question was "I am on client location, my paying company is in india, I get 2 salary components, one in india another is a allowance for Vienna. Indian salary I get is after tax. So no worries. But Vienna salary is tax free and if I am able to save some amount of it and transfer to my own Indian account in rupees then do I need to give tax on that amount too. If yes then how much percentage. If I don't give it then what are the problems....? Please advice...!
Remember both the salary parts are paid by Indian company. Indian part comes in my Indian account and Vienna part comes in Icici travel card. From which I transfer some portion to my Icici Indian account after converting into rupees...!

Are you located in Vienna? If yes then are you still Indian Resident. If yes then the entire salary is rightly taxed in India but if you are NRI then the salary earned in Vienna is not taxable but when you bring the money in India through the legal procedure then no tax is liable to be paid but as you have stated that there is no tax in Vienna then you open a NRO account and deposit the money there which will not attract any tax provided it is deposited in foreign currency either in pounds or in dollers.
