Both are valuable and have good reputation in the market one is known for the management while the other one known for executive post.
You need to make up ur mind which course u wanna pursue..
I suggest you to do MBA if you have the ability to crack CAT and get the admission in TOP 20 Business schools in India otherwise Join CA without wait even for a second.

Great advise by Mr. Jain.
In my personal opinion you should go for CA in order to fully utilise your commerce background.
In CA there is also an option of private practice.
